At Punx N Kisses, we create limited-run pieces designed with intention, exclusivity, and care. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ORDER POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of our releases, high demand, and the exclusivity of our products, all
sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or
exchanged.
Please make sure all order details are correct before completing checkout, including:

Item selection
Size selection
Shipping address
Billing information
Contact information

Punx N Kisses is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than an approved issue involving a damaged or incorrect item. Because our products are often produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly, we are unable to accommodate change-of-mind returns, size-related returns, accidental purchases, or post-purchase order changes.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected at checkout
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Minor variations in color, print placement, or garment finish that may occur during
production
Items marked as final sale, limited release, made-to-order, or preorder unless the item
arrives damaged or incorrect

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at
info@punxnkisses.com within 7 days of delivery.
Your email must include:
Your full name
Order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, store credit OR a refund will be issued. Punx N
Kisses does not guarantee refunds for damaged or incorrect items unless required by law. Punx N Kisses reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an item qualifies as damaged, defective, or incorrect, and whether a resolution will be provided.
Claims submitted without sufficient photo evidence or outside the required timeframe may not be eligible for review.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note that some items may have different fulfillment timelines, especially for:

Limited collaboration drops
High-volume release periods

If an item has a different processing window, that timeframe will be stated in the product listing.

Shipping Estimates
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary
depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Punx N Kisses is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

USPS, UPS, DHL, or other carriers
Customs delays or import processing
Severe weather or natural events
Lost or delayed packages marked as “in transit”
Delivery issues caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout
Processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Please allow the full processing window
before reaching out regarding shipment status.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect
or incomplete address is submitted and the order has already been processed or shipped, Punx N Kisses is not responsible for replacement, refund, or rerouting costs.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at
info@punxnkisses.com. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Punx N Kisses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we
recommend:

Checking with household members or neighbors
Verifying the shipping address on your order confirmation
Contacting the shipping carrier directly
Checking for delivery notices or redelivery attempts
Punx N Kisses is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Punx N Kisses releases products in limited quantities and does not guarantee restocks. We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities purchased
Modify or discontinue products at any time
Correct pricing, product information, or listing errors without notice
Cancel any order if inventory, pricing, or fulfillment errors occur
If an order must be canceled due to inventory or fulfillment issues, the customer will be
contacted directly.

STORE CREDIT

If Punx N Kisses approves a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, the resolution may be
issued in the form of store credit unless otherwise required by law.
Store credit:

Has no cash value

Is non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash
May only be used toward future purchases on our store
